Owned and operated a Boise, Idaho based whitewater rafting and kayak instruction business running trips and clinics on the Payette River, the Boise River, and Indian Creek. As an Idaho Outfitters and Guides Licensing Board licensed outfitter and a United States Forest Service permitted outfitter, I am very comfortable navigating government regulations, procedures, and policies. In 2012, I successfully created a new river permit for Indian Creek, previously unpermitted, by working through the permitting process with the United States Department of Interior Bureau of Land Management, the Idaho Outfitters and Guides Licensing Board, and private landowners.

Trained Accounts Analysts on Golbon incentive programs and software systems to ensure accurate determination and allocation of earned rebates to distributor promotional allowances (DPA). Training included developing an in-depth set of standards and procedures for accruing and paying Qualified Sales, Brokerage, and DPA.
